Some pricing strategies can lead sellers to compete by continually lowering prices. This can result in fewer earnings for everyone. If you sell on our marketplace, we consider your design assets a cut above the rest of the assets sold on other platforms. Therefore, as a seller on Creative Market, we encourage you to adopt a Value-Added strategy when pricing your products: price based on the value the customer gains from your product, rather than looking at competitors or adding a small margin over costs.
To ensure that our sellers can trade on quality, and earn a fair value for their effort, we enforce minimum prices for products sold on our marketplace.
Minimum prices by category and license type
Minimum price requirements are set based on current market trends, competitive positioning, and - most importantly – the value provided to our customers. These price points are reviewed and revised periodically. All products must be sold at or above the minimum price for their corresponding category and license type.

I have a product with a price below the minimum. What should I do?
Some product prices may have been set below the minimum before the latest minimum prices were required. When this happens, these products will have their price moved up to the new minimum, automatically, when the new minimum price policy goes into effect. If you have any questions about selling products at the new minimum price, please contact support.
How will I be notified if my prices are changed due to a minimum price policy update?
If your products will be affected by a minimum price change, we will send you an email prior to the change, as well as alert you with a message through your account.
How can I sell a low-value product at a higher price?
One suggestion would be to group low-value products together into a higher-value bundle. Tip: Low-value products can be packaged with higher-value products to either entice more customers to purchase at the current price, or to allow for a higher item price.
