We understand that many of our Shop Owners prefer to use Payoneer to get paid. Our payment system does offer ACH payments, which you may be able to use to process a payment to your Payoneer Debit Card, if you have one.
This option is recommended if you're currently located in a country where Wire Transfers are the only payment method available, since ACH payments to your Payoneer Debit Card are much quicker and experience fewer rejections/issues than getting paid via Wire Transfer.

How to get paid to your Payoneer Debit Card
If you would like to be paid to your Payoneer Debit Card, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to Creative Market and go to your Tax and Payment Setup page
- In Step 1 (Address), click the Edit button
- Towards the bottom of the page, click, “Select to be paid in a different country than the above”
- For “Payment Country,” select the country where your Payoneer USD receiving account is located (United States)
- Click “Next”
- In Step 2 (Payment Method), select “Direct Deposit / ACH” from the Payment Method dropdown and enter your ACH information in the fields below.
- Click "Next"
- In Step 3, you will be required to submit your Tax Form and Supporting Documents (ie., Driver's License, ID, Passport). If you already have a tax form on file, you will only need to provide Supporting Documents.
- Click "Next" to exit the setup. Please note that you won't be able to request a payout until your documents are approved. It can take up to 7 business days for your Supporting Documents to be approved. See our "Supporting Documents" section below for more information.

Because your payment country has changed, you will be required to re-submit your tax form with Supporting Documents (ie., passport, ID, Driver's License). You will be unable to request a payout until your Supporting Documents have been approved. It can take up to 7 business days for Supporting Documents to be approved.
While your documents are still pending approval you will see the following message under the “Request Payouts” section of the Payouts page. Please ignore this message while your documents are being approved:
“Please visit the Payment & Tax Setup tab to submit your tax information. You will not be able to request a payout until you complete this form.” (See screenshot below.)
Please continue to check back on your payouts page during this seven day period. You’ll know that your Supporting Documents have been approved (in 7 business days or less), when this page updates and allows you to request your first ACH payout. If your documents are not approved, you will receive an email explaining why.
If, after 7 business days, you have not received an email indicating that the documents were not approved, and you are still unable to request a payout, please contact our support team here.
Please note that we are required to withhold at the maximum withholding rate of 30% until your tax form has been validated/approved.
IMPORTANT: As Creative Market is NOT an official affiliate of Payoneer, we cannot make any guarantees as to the successes of ACH payments to your Payoneer Debit Card. We strongly recommend that that you contact Payoneer to confirm whether you might be able to receive an ACH transfer to your Payoneer Debit Card.
