All requirements for an End Product apply.
Can I use a pattern to create a new fabric that I sell?
Yes, this is permitted so long as what you create is an End Product. End Products must be significantly different than the original Item and require time, effort, and skill to produce. End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased. End Products must not redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.
So, for example, you can use the original pattern in a greater fabric design, as long as the end result of that design is significantly different than the pattern you originally purchased. You may employ various methods and skills to create a significantly different design, including adding textures, adding unique hand lettering or illustrations, using various Photoshop add-ons, including additional graphics, etc.
You are not permitted to purchase a pattern and use solely that unchanged pattern to create fabric. All requirements for an End Product apply.
Can I use a clipart illustration I purchase here as my logo?
Yes, you can include a purchased graphic in a greater logo design, as long as the end result of that design is significantly different than the graphic you originally purchased. You may employ various methods and skills to create a significantly different design, including adding textures, adding unique hand lettering or illustrations, using various Photoshop add-ons, mixing in additional graphics, etc. Additionally, keep in mind that third parties can use the purchased graphic too, even in another logo. You are not permitted to purchase a graphic and use solely that unchanged graphic as your logo. All requirements for an End Product apply.
Can I use a graphic as part of a book (or ebook) or album cover?
Yes, you can include a graphic in a greater album or book design, as long as the end result of that design is significantly different than the graphic you originally purchased. You may employ various methods and skills to create a significantly different design, including adding textures, adding unique hand lettering or illustrations, using Lightroom presets, adding graphics, using various Photoshop add-ons, etc. However, you are not permitted to purchase a photo and use solely that unchanged photo as a cover of an album or book. All requirements for an End Product apply.
Can I use a graphic as the only element in a book (or ebook) or album cover?
No. Album and book cover designs are treated and viewed as standalone designs in many cases. For example, on digital distribution sites, the cover is often the only element shown (for example, sites like iTunes, Amazon, etc.). Additionally, cover designs are often used on their own on subsequent products for sale such as t-shirts, posters, etc. For this reason, you are not permitted to purchase a graphic and use solely that unchanged graphic as a cover of an album or book.
How many times can I use items in a graphics pack in my projects?
When Sub-Items within Item Packs or Bundles are used, they do not all have to be used in the same End Product nor the same one Project. For example, an Item Pack containing 10 graphics could potentially be used in 10 Projects if only one graphic is used per Project.
Can I use a graphic in a label or packaging?
Yes, for example, you can include the graphic in a greater packaging or label design, as long as the end result of that design is significantly different than the graphic you originally purchased. You may employ various methods and skills to create a significantly different design, including adding textures, adding unique hand lettering or illustrations, adding additional graphics or patterns, using various Photoshop add-ons, adding text, etc. However, you are not permitted to purchase a graphic and use solely that unchanged graphic to create a label or packaging. May I use a graphic to digitize for embroidery machines?
No, you are not permitted to use a purchased graphic in this way. To inquire about purchasing further graphic rights, please contact the shop owner directly.
Can I turn clipart I purchase here into a logo then trademark it?
No, you may not register as a trademark a purchased Item or an End Product incorporating that Item.
Can I embed or include graphics or icons in a web theme or template?
No, the End Product you create cannot redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.
Can I use a graphic to make a stamp?
Yes, you can include a graphic in a greater stamp design, as long as the end result of that design is significantly different than the graphic you originally purchased. You may employ various methods and skills to create a significantly different design, including adding textures, adding unique hand lettering or illustrations, adding additional graphics, using various Photoshop add-ons, adding adding text, etc. However, you are not permitted to purchase a graphic and put that graphic on a stamp unchanged. Yes, for example, you can include a graphic in a greater design for free printable wall art, as long as the end result of that design is significantly different than the graphic you originally purchased, and as long as the original graphic cannot be extracted. You may employ various methods and skills to create a significantly different design, including adding textures, adding unique hand lettering or illustrations, adding photos, using various Photoshop add-ons, adding text, etc. However, you are not permitted to purchase a graphic and put that graphic all alone and unchanged into a file that you then offer on your site as free printable wall art. All requirements for an End Product apply.
How many icons from one seller's pack may I use in a video game or web app?
There is no limit to the number of icons that you can purchase from one shop owner and use in a game or app.
Can I use an icon as a main character in my new game app?
Yes, this is permitted. Just keep in mind that the app/game you create with that icon will need to be an End Product. To qualify as an End Product, your app/game must be significantly different than the original Item and require time, effort, and skill to produce; it must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased; and it must not redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.

No. The End Product you create cannot redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.
Can I use an overlay clipart to create a greeting card that I sell?
Yes, for example, you can include an overlay in a greater card design, as long as the end result of that design is significantly different than the overlay you originally purchased. You may employ various methods and skills to create a significantly different design, including adding textures, adding unique hand lettering or illustrations, adding photos, using various Photoshop add-ons, adding additional graphics, adding text, etc. However, you are not permitted to purchase an overlay and put that overlay on a card unchanged. No, when using Items to create End Products, End Products may not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased.

Yes, this is permitted so long as the item you create is an End Product. End Products must be significantly different than the original Item and require time, effort, and skill to produce. End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased. End Products must not redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.
Can I create a website template using web elements, then sell that template?
No. The End Product you create cannot redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.
Can I use icons for an app I offer as a free download, but that generate generate money via in-app ads?
Yes, if the app is free (even if it has ads that generate money) you only need the Standard License. If the app itself costs money it depends on how many sales you make. If there are 500 or less sales you need the Standard License. For sales above 500 you need the Extended License.
