Can I use a template to make cards/invitations?
Yes, but keep in mind that you will not be able to sell these End Products as templates or as stock, as End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased.
Can I use a template for many different clients?
No. A purchased Item can be used in one Project.
Can I customize a template and sell it?
Yes, but keep in mind that you will not be able to sell these End Products as templates or as stock, as End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased.
Can I use this logo template to make a logo? Will it be exclusively mine?
You may use a logo template to create a logo, but our license does not grant you exclusive rights to that logo. Keep in mind that third parties can buy and use the logo template too, even in another logo.
Can I use a magazine template for multiple publications of the same magazine?
Yes. In this case, each publication of the magazine would fall under the same "One Project" umbrella.
Can I use a template to make marketing material for my company?
Yes, this is permitted so long as what you create is an End Product. For purchased template Items, an End Product is a unique implementation of the Item, often requiring limited copy and content changes. For example, if you purchase a flyer template, you may use the template for your company's marketing material after having input your company's information (you may not resell it as stock).
Can I use a template as my corporation's main template for all presentations?
This is an acceptable use. However, each person who uses the template will need to own a license for that template (1 license for each person who uses the template).
Can I use a flyer template to make a flyer for my event that costs money?
Yes, this is permitted so long as what you create is an End Product. For purchased template Items, an End Product is a use of the Item where it is changed so it is different from the original, usually involving changes in text and content. For example, if you purchase a flyer template, you may use the template for an event after having input your event's information (you may not resell it as stock).
Can I upload a resume template to a server so our customers can use it to customize?
No. You may not redistribute an Item (on a server or otherwise) that you purchase on Creative Market. For server usage you may contact the individual shop owner to see if they permit it.
Can I use a presentation template to make a marketing deck?
Yes, this is acceptable as long as the original template cannot be extracted by the people the presentation will be distributed to.
Can I convert a website template into a theme and sell it?
No, you cannot convert a website template into a theme and sell it.
