How do I set my products on sale?

Navigate to the Discounts Section
- Log in to your Shop Dashboard.
- Go to the new Discounts section.

Create a New Discount
- Click on the “Create New Discount” button.

Select Products
- Choose one or more products you want to include in the discount.

Customize Your Discount
- Optionally, add a title for your reference.
- Set the discount amount.
- Define the discount duration (up to 31 days).

Preview and Activate
- Review your discount details.
- Click Activate to launch your discount.
Your promotion is now live! 🎉
Which discount tiers are available?
You can select between 10, 15, 20, 25, 30% off discount tiers.
Can I edit or remove a discount?
Yes. You can edit or delete your promotions within the Discounts section in your dashboard.
How often can I set a product on sale?
Once a product’s discount period has expired, you must wait 30 days to activate a discount on it again. This is to make sure discounts retain their exceptional, limited-time value.
Don’t make original price changes before a discount goes live. Discounts should always be genuine and valuable. Creative Market reserves the right to deactivate any misleading discounts.
How will customers know these items are on sale?
All products with active discounts will be featured in our new Sale section at creativemarket.com/sale. Customers can also apply a “Sale” filter as they search for products across the site. A sale label and strikethrough pricing for all products with active discounts will be available.
How do these discounts work with buyers’ membership discounts?
Members can stack their sitewide discount with the one you have set for your sale product. Discounts are applied multiplicatively, with the Membership discount being applied last.
As an example, if you set your product’s discount to 30% for a $10 item, a Creative Market Member would get $3 off (30%) your discount with a new subtotal of $7. Then, their Member’s only discount would apply to the $7 value. If that discount is, e.g. 25% off, they would be paying $5.25.
How do these discounts impact my commission on products sold?
The discounts you select are applied before commissions are calculated. Discounts from member purchases continue to be covered by Creative Market and have no impact on your earnings.
