Accessibility

Ensuring your product works well for a wide audience

  • Includes a tutorial, help file, or FAQ
  • Files are layered; all appropriate elements are editable.
  • Templates should allow user to add additional pages easily.
  • Word Templates should limit use of text boxes and be easy to edit.
  • Mockups should utilize smart objects in Photoshop, or offer a similar layered file experience.

Software Compatibility

Guidelines that ensure your product is up-to-date and compatible with the latest software

  • Product must be fully compatible with latest version of the listed compatible software (i.e. if your product requires Adobe Illustrator, it should be compatible with the latest version of Illustrator.)

Overall Quality

  • Flattened files (JPG, PNG) may not be described as a mockup.
