Which license should I choose - Commercial or Extended  Commercial ?

Here is some information to determine which would work best for your project.

Commercial License:

With the Commercial License, you will need to visually change the purchased product. Any end-product should be significantly different than the original licensed asset and require time, effort, and skill to produce.

Significantly different means you are employing various methods to create a significantly different design, including adding textures, using Lightroom presets, adding unique hand lettering or illustrations, adding photos, adding graphics or patterns, using various Photoshop add-ons, etc.

Under the Commercial License, the licensed asset can appear in up to 5,000 total end products for sale

Extended  Commercial  License:

The Extended Commercial License allows purchased products to be used as-is while abiding by all other license terms. Please see strictly prohibited uses below for more information.

The Extended Commercial allows the licensed asset to appear in up to 250,000 total end products for sale.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES:

From our license terms:

Nothing in this License Agreement grants Licensee any of the following rights, all of which rights are expressly retained:

  • ✗ Resale or Sub-Licensing the Licensed Asset or any modification of it in source file form is strictly prohibited.
  • ✗ Resale or Sub-Licensing of the Licensed Asset or any modification of it in a way that is directly competitive with the original Licensed Asset is strictly prohibited (e.g., as a stock asset or template).
  • ✗ Making public or sharing the Licensed Asset in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute Licensed Asset as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use that is expressly permitted) is strictly prohibited.
  • Any use that allows anyone other than the Licensee to customize a digital or physical end product (such as an end-user) is prohibited. You may not use the template in a "print on demand," "made to order," or "download on-demand" application.
