Managing Creative Market Emails and Notifications

NOTE: This article refers specifically to your account on Creative Market. You can learn more about managing your account on Creative Market Pro in this section.

To manage the types of email notifications you receive, go to your Email Notifications. Make your selection by toggling the ones you want. Changes will be saved automatically in your account, but please allow 48 hours for the saved changes to take effect.

Unsubscribing

Each of Creative Market's newsletter or notification emails has an unsubscribe button at the very bottom of the email. By clicking unsubscribe in any of those specific emails, you are only removing yourself from the list of that specific email type.

Creative Market offers a number of newsletters, which are shown boxed in red in the image below. If you would like to unsubscribe to all emails, please log into your account and go to your Email Notifications page as shown below to manage which emails you would like to receive. Toggle the switch to "No" to unsubscribe from that newsletter. You can also toggle the entire section to "No" to unsubscribe to all emails. Changes will be saved automatically in your account, but please allow 48 hours for the saved changes to take effect.

NOTE: If you make a purchase on Creative Market, you will receive an email receipt (a transactional email.) Transactional Emails do not have an unsubscribe option.
