Staying in Touch with your Customers

Creative Market makes it easy to stay in touch with your customers! To send someone a site message, log into your account and visit their profile page. Use the "Message" button on the right to send a message. To make it easy to find a customer's profile, just click on their username in your sale email notification. (For privacy reasons, we do not share email addresses with buyers or shop owners.)

Note: To manage your messages, you must be logged into the site. Visit your account messages to view them all, and click on a specific message to reply. Sorry, replying to your message notification email won't reply to the message. You must be logged into your account and on your messages page in order to reply to a message.


Supporting Customers

We encourage shop owners to utilize both product comments and site private messages to resolve any issues with customers. Some customers may use the product comments, and others may use private messages.

You can view and reply to all of your messages from your account messages. To make sure you don't miss support requests, we recommend turning on these notifications in your email notifications:

  •  Someone mentions you 
  •  Someone sends you a message
  • ✅ Someone comments on your product (please note that not all customers will @-mention you)
  • ✅ Someone reviews your product
