ZIP Files

Most product files on Creative Market are delivered as a single .ZIP file, which keeps multiple files together and saves space. You can unzip a file by following these steps:

PC:

  • To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location.
  • To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

RAR Files

Some products use .RAR compression, which is a different archive format that requires a free extractor software to access. Here is a program you can use to extract a RAR file: For PC  | For Mac

7z Files

7z is another archive format that requires a free extractor to access: For PC | For Mac

Unzipping files on an iPad

More and more products on Creative Market are supported by iPads and iOS! We highly recommend making sure your iPad will support a specific product before you make a purchase, but if you’ve purchased something specifically for an App on your iPad (like brushes for Procreate), you can follow these steps to unzip the file:

  • Download ZipApp Free on your iPad. This is a free app that will allow you to unzip .zip files on your iPad. Install it and open the app.
  • On Creative Market, log into your account and download the product files. In your, click the small downward pointing arrow. On the product page, click “Download Now."

  • Zip App free will open. Tap on the zip file, then click YES.
  • Finally, tap the folder to view the files. You can now save them to your Dropbox app. This is helpful for certain tools that work on iPad apps.
