Credit values are not equivalent to dollar values. You can use membership credits to purchase any item on the website, and each product page will display the product price based on your subscription discount required to download the item. We recommend viewing the membership cost as a measure of buying power.
When you visit any product page under the License selection, you can use the toggle to view the discounted price (as a member) and the regular price (as a non-member). Here's a screenshot example:
