How does Membership work?

How do credits work?

You can use your credits to redeem any design good in our marketplace. Depending on your chosen membership plan, you will receive a predefined amount of credits each month. Any unused credits will roll over to the next cycle as long as your membership is active.*

How often do my credits refresh?

You will receive new credits at the start of each billing cycle. Any remaining credits will roll over and remain active until you cancel your subscription.* We’ll send you an email when you receive new credits.

*Terms and conditions may apply

If I use up all my credits, can I get more?

You can upgrade your membership plan if you use up all your credits and want more. We now offer an annual membership option.

What is the value of membership credits?

Credit values are not equivalent to unique downloads. You can use your allotted membership credits to purchase any item on the website, and each product page will display the number of credits required to download the item.

What happens to my credits if I unsubscribe?

If you unsubscribe, you will lose any remaining credits at the end of your last billing cycle. You do not get to keep unused credits past your last billing cycle.

Do I get to keep my assets if I unsubscribe?

If you unsubscribe, you will still own the license to any design assets redeemed with your credits, including any design goods downloaded from a Drop. After unsubscribing, you cannot access any Drops released past the end of your last billing cycle.

Can I pause my membership?

To use membership credits, you must have an active membership. Due to the limitations in our system, we do not have the manual ability to pause a subscription.

How does the monthly Drop work?

Members get free access to a handpicked collection of design goods from our marketplace worth up to $1,000. Our team curates these monthly Drops and may focus on a common theme. Members will receive an email with a download link each time a new Drop is released.
