Troubleshooting with Guest Checkout

I Created An Account, But Can't See My Purchase - What Gives?

This will happen if you purchased using email A but then created an account using email B. Most of the time, our browsers will remember our emails from previous activity on multiple platforms we log into, which can be the culprit.

Please ensure you confirm your email and that you have access to that email when going through the Guest Checkout. The email must be the same as the purchase you made as a guest when creating an account.

At this time, Creative Market is unable to merge accounts. If this does happen, please don't hesitate to contact the Support team,  who will do what they can to offer you the next steps within three business days of your first request. 

 

I Can't Seem To Log Into My Account After Creating One Through The Guest Checkout.

If you experience any "login loops" despite creating an account through the Guest Checkout Flow and despite being verified/authenticated, please do the following:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and cache entirely, ensuring your browser has a proper cache/cookie cleared to try again. Please see below how to clear your cookies with different  browsers:
  2. Try logging in using a private window/browser
  3. Recover your account: https://creativemarket.com/recover-account

The above steps will be all you need to ensure you completely wipe out your browser's cookies and cache and use the correct email.

 

I tried the above steps, But I still need help logging in.

The above steps should work, but if they do not, contact Support using the Guest Checkout form, who can look into things for you and offer the next steps. To help speed your request along, please include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Order purchased Date
  • Email address Used
  • Name and Link of the product 

Since the Support team works from 9:00 PM Eastern to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, providing the above will allow our team to quickly offer the following steps to ensure you can access your account and download. 

 

I Made A Purchase As A Guest, But I Am Having An Issue With It.

If there are any issues with the product, or if it needs to be described, please get in touch with the Shop Owner first to see if there is anything they can do to help you. Sellers who use Creative Market fully support their products, but please note that they operate in different time zones and can be delayed with responses. 

 

🚨Please note: Support cannot merge accounts or send download links. You may need a secondary email address as a backup if you need to create a new account, which the Support team can help with.
