How do I manage my support requests on Creative Market?
We encourage shop owners to utilize both product comments and site private messages to resolve any issues with customers. Some customers may use the product comments, and others may use private messages. You can view and reply to all of your messages from your account messages. To make sure you don't miss support requests we recommend turning on these notifications in your email notifications:
- [✓] Someone mentions you
- [✓] Someone sends you a message
- [✓] Someone comments on your product (please note that not all customers will @ mention you)
