Why am I not getting all of my emails?
We limit the number of emails users receive daily, to lessen annoyance for most people. However, we realize that one size does not fit all so we've added a way to opt into all emails. To change this setting, go to Settings.
Then check or uncheck the box on the bottom left that reads "Send me no more than 10 of each email type per day" depending on your preference. Click "Update Email Notifications" and you're good to go! Please note that seeing a change may take up to 48 hours.
Still not receiving our emails, even though this option is unchecked? It's possible that an email we sent to you bounced at some point. If this happened, our emails stopped getting sent to you. Send us an email here, and we'll be happy to check for you!
