How do I report content on Creative Market?

We do our best to keep the marketplace appropriate for people of all ages, but we might have missed something! We take all issues very seriously, and we're always happy to help. If you see anything questionable, here's how to let us know.

  1. Product is objectionable / Product violates Creative Market's Terms of Use
  2. My material is being copied or sold by someone without my permission
  3. Product doesn't work / Product is misrepresented
  4. I need technical support / I'm dissatisfied with the support I've received

Product is objectionable / Product violates Creative Market's Terms of Use

If you feel that a product is objectionable, meaning that it violates our Terms of Use, please click the Report this product button near the bottom of the product page (or contact us to resolve it before raising the issue publicly.) You'll see a report modal:

Next, select the "Objectionable Content" reason from the dropdown, and leave a comment. After you click Submit Report, we'll evaluate it and take the appropriate action.

My material is being copied or sold by someone without my permission

If you see a product that you believe violates a copyright you hold, we urge you to first contact the other designer and try to work the issue out. Otherwise, you may send us a DMCA notice or contact our legal department directly. We'll ask for some confirming information, review your claim, and then take the appropriate action. Turnaround time is typically one week.

Product doesn't work / Product is misrepresented

If you feel that a product is misrepresented, or if you're having trouble using the product, we recommend that you contact the Shop Owner by sending them a message, sending them a Support Request, or leaving a comment on their product page. 9 times out of 10 the shop owner is able to resolve your concern. We're always happy to help if you contact us, but please note that reply time may be increased if we enlist the help of a seller on your behalf.

I need technical support / I'm dissatisfied with the support I've received

If you need technical support for a product you purchased, we recommend that you contact the Shop Owner. If you've already contacted them and you're still having trouble, or you’re dissatisfied with the product support you’ve already received, don't hesitate to contact Support, and we'll be more than happy to help out!

I see an offensive comment

If you see a comment on a blog post or Discussion that is inappropriate or looks like Spam, you can report the comment by clicking the Report link right below the comment (on blog comments) or right beside the comment (on Discussion replies).
