Should I apply the Black Friday overlay to the Main Cover image or all product screenshots?

  • The overlay should be applied to the main or first cover image only of the product you are offering a discount for Black Friday.

I forgot to apply the Black Friday overlay and reduce my prices in time for the sale. Is it too late to be part of the sale?

  • No, it's not too late! As long as the Black Friday overlay is applied to the 1st cover image of the product, customers will be able to identify it as a sale item in Search and from your Shop Profile.

 

Will my sale products be discounted automatically, or do I need to change them myself?

  • Prices will not be updated automatically. You must edit your product to manually update the prices to reflect what you've indicated in the google form, and what was listed on your Black Friday sale Reminder Email.

 

When I try to edit my prices manually, I am unable to set the price below $2. Is that an error?

  • $2 is the lowest shops are able to discount their products at this time. Don't forget that your Personal license must have a lower price than your Commercial license. 

 

My discounted prices in the Black Friday sale Reminder Email are not listed in the correct order.

I've provided the discounted prices for Commercial License(s) in the google form. Should I discount the Personal and Extended Commercial License prices as well?

  • It's up to you! We'll be promoting discounts on commercial licenses, but if you would also like to update the personal and extended commercial license prices and note the discount in the description of your product, that would definitely help sales for those license types as well!

 

Why wasn't my Black Friday sale product featured on the Finds Page?

  • As long as your product(s) have the Black Friday sale overlay applied and the prices have been manually reduced, then those products are part of the sale! Select products are currently being featured on the Black Friday Finds page. Additionally, select products will also be featured in email campaigns, in paid ads, and on our owned social channels. We try our best to diversity products featured also that it. is not the same group of products featured across all channels. However, we cannot guarantee promotion for all products within these channels. As long as the Black Friday overlay is applied to the 1st cover image of the product, customers will be able to identify it as a sale item in Search and from your Shop Profile.

 

I filled out the google form to participate in the Black Friday sale, but I never received a Reminder email.

Product links were populated in the Price column in the Black Friday Reminder email I received, how do I correct it?
