I didn't receive my payout.

If you didn't receive your requested payout, please contact our Support team here and let them know. You have 90 days from the payment date to submit a claim regarding any issues with your payout. After 90 days your funds will be forfeited. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our team processes payouts on the 15th of each month. If you requested a wire, it may take *5-7 business days (International Wires) and *2-3 business days (Domestic Wires) for your funds to appear in your bank account. Please allow a few days for your wire to show up before submitting a ticket to our Support team regarding not receiving your payment on the 15th.
